Any quotation provided by VM2 Logistics is based on the information available at the time of quotation. Additional charges may apply if the actual shipment details differ from the information originally provided.
Customers must provide complete and accurate documents and information required for processing their shipment.
VM2 Logistics shall not be responsible for delays, penalties or additional costs caused by inaccurate, incomplete or delayed information supplied by the customer.
Estimated transit or delivery times are provided for guidance and may be affected by weather, traffic, operational restrictions, carrier schedules, customs procedures, government actions, force majeure events and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery may require the recipient or authorized representative to provide appropriate identification, documentation or acknowledgement of receipt.
International shipments may be subject to customs laws, import/export controls, duties, taxes, inspections and other regulatory requirements.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their goods and documentation comply with applicable laws and regulations.
VM2 Logistics may assist with customs coordination where such assistance has been specifically agreed. Customs decisions, inspections, assessments and government actions remain subject to the relevant authorities.

Any limitation of liability, compensation or claim shall be subject to the applicable service agreement, transport documentation, carrier terms and applicable law.
Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the shipment status and services already performed or committed.
Refund eligibility, where applicable, will depend on the specific service, payment terms, third-party charges and applicable law.
Any government duties, taxes, carrier charges, customs charges or third-party costs already incurred may not be refundable.
